Here's a simple and beautiful secondliner. It is a 28 inch umbrella dressed with white and silver feathers both on top and around it's perimiter. It's a six panel umbrella and is adorned with silver fluer de liss on every other panel. Pretty to be sure. It can be done in a full size umbrella for an additional $15.00.
